n) All the existing CBWTFs shall develope own website by 27.03.2017 whereas the upcoming CBWTF shall develope the website prior to the commencement of the facility. The website should be uploaded with relevant information periodically (on monthly basis) especially as detailed below:

(i) Copies of the Consents under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as well as the Authorisation under the BMWM Rules obtained from the SPCB/PCC;

(ii) Charges levied on the member Health Care Facilities (HCFs) for treatment and disposal of bio-medical waste;

(iii) Monthly details of total waste collected from the member HCFs, total waste treated, and treated recyclable plastic waste or glass waste sold to the parties and final mode of disposal of incineration ash;

(iv) A copy of the annual report submitted to the respective SPCB/PCC;

(v) Monitoring results of the stack emissions, treated wastewater and incineration ash, as per the frequency stipulated under the BMWM Rules;

(vi) Contact person, contact telephone number and e-mail addresses of the facility; and.
